TERMS AND CONDITIONS  
         
 

1.  Discontinuation

If after admission a student has to give up studies during the course, he/she may do so on writing to the Principal after clearing all dues for the session. Discontinuance of studies without notice is liable to entail payment of all fees upto the end of the academic session.

  
 

2.  Moral Duties

Radhamadhab College tries its best to inculcate in the-students a regard for moral values. Along with academic pursuit, the motto of the college is to instill in the students the sense of self confidence, discipline, good conduct and toleration. No act of indiscipline, insubordination, disrespect to any teacher, employee, to any religion or community is tolerated and appropriate penal measure is taken leading even to issuance of forced T.C.

  
 

3.  Unfair Means

Any student adopting unfair means in any internal / council / university examination(s) is liable to be debarred from appearing at the remaining examinations.

  
 

4.  Attendance

Students must be punctual and regular in attending classes. Students must attend college neat and clean in full College Uniform and must have identity card with them while attending the college.

  
 

5.  Orders

Rules and orders of the Government/University/Council issued from time to time regarding admission, transfer and conduct of the student are binding on the students in general.

  
 

6.  Damage and Loss

If any property of the college is willfully damaged by any student, the loss caused shall be recovered either directly or by any other means from the student(s) as the Authority deem fit and proper.

  
 

7.  Notice Board

All notices meant for the students shall be displayed in the Notice Board and these shall be regarded as final. Student must read the notice board every day. Ignorance of any notification such as tests, examinations, special classes etc. will not be accepted as an excuse for not performing a required activity
